This Cookie Policy explains how Begin Group Ltd uses cookies and similar technologies on this website. We group them into the same categories you see in our cookie banner. Only strictly necessary cookies are used without your consent; everything else loads only after you opt in.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies (such as localStorage) work the same way. We use them to make the site work, and, with your consent, to understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
How we manage consent
We use Google Consent Mode v2. Every storage type is denied by default until you choose. Advertising storage stays denied whatever you choose, because we do not run advertising or conversion tracking on this site. You can accept all, reject all, or set each category, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. Your choice is stored on your device under the key begin-consent-v1.

Note: our Cloudflare Web Analytics is privacy-first and cookieless, it measures traffic without storing cookies or identifying you, so it runs as strictly necessary.
The two Cloudflare cookies above are set by our security layer, not by us, and only when it is doing its job. __cf_bm is set on ordinary page requests. cf_clearance is set only if you are shown a security check, which most visitors never are. We also use Cloudflare Turnstile on our forms to keep spam out; it may set a short-lived cookie of its own while it verifies the form, and it is used to tell people from bots, never to track you or to build a profile.
2. Analytics
Set only if you consent to analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-4GE5G26YDM) loaded via Google Tag Manager (container GTM-5VZRFXS2) to understand how the site is used.

3. Recording and heatmaps, inside analytics
Set only if you consent to analytics. Recording is part of the analytics choice, not a separate one: it answers the same question about how the site is used. We use Microsoft Clarity to replay an anonymised recording of your visit and to build heatmaps, so we can see where the site confuses people rather than guessing. Microsoft acts as our processor for this.
We always refuse advertising storage on your behalf. Clarity can set cookies Microsoft uses for advertising across its own websites, and MUID in the table below is one of them. Every time the tag loads we tell Microsoft you have not agreed to advertising storage, whatever else you chose, because this site runs no advertising. That is what keeps this a measurement tool and what makes it honest to ask for it as part of analytics.
Recording captures mouse movement, clicks and how far you scroll. It does not capture what you type: text you enter, every form field on this site and the contents of your audit report are masked in your browser before anything is sent. Nothing is fetched from Microsoft at all until you have agreed.
