Pricing & commitment

How much does it cost?

We work on one monthly package rather than a big one-off fee. It is £197 a month, the first month is free, there is no setup fee, and it covers your website, hosting and security, and local search work for five target locations. Anything beyond that is an optional add-on starting at £49 a month, and nothing is ever added to your bill unless you choose it. The reason we do it monthly instead of charging once and walking away is simple: websites are never really finished. Search engines change, your business changes, and a site that ranked at the top last year won't stay there on its own. The monthly fee means we stay on top of all that for you, keeping the site current and keeping you ranking.

What is a target location, and how many do I get?

A target location is a town or area we research, build a dedicated page for, and then track your rankings in. The package includes five of them. The research is the real work: before we build anything we validate that people in that specific area are actually searching for what you do, and we find the words they use, which are often not the words you would use. Any area with no real demand behind it never gets a page, because a page built for a search nobody makes is a page Google removes. If you want more areas, they come in blocks of three for £150 a month, and if one of them fails that demand check we tell you and swap it for one that passes at no extra cost.

Am I tied into a long contract?

No contracts. There's a 30 day notice period and you can cancel any time, just get in touch with me directly. We'd rather keep you because the work's good than because you're stuck in a contract.

Do I own my website?

While you're with us on a subscription, the site lives on our platform and we look after it, and any changes you want are included as often as you want them. If you decide to leave, you have two options. You can buy the site from us if you want to take it with you, or you can downgrade to a lower monthly fee that just covers hosting, with no changes or updates included. On the hosting-only option, anything you later need is quoted in writing and agreed before we start.

Getting started

I already have a website. Can you just improve it, or do I need a new one?

We can absolutely use your existing site as the starting point, but we'll rebuild it on our own platform. That's how we get the speed, the SEO control, and the systems all working together, which isn't something we can reliably do bolted onto whatever the old site was built on.

Do I have to write all the content myself?

No. You just give us the details we need, the services you provide, the areas you serve, your key focuses, and where you want more business, and we handle the rest. We have a content strategy designed to boost your online presence, so the words are working for you, not just filling space.

What do you actually need from me to get started?

Not much, and we make it easy. We send you a form that covers everything we need, your photos, logo, services, locations, and anything else, so you're not left guessing. Fill that in and we take it from there.

How long does it take to get my website live?

Our standard timeline is about six weeks from signing up to going live. That can move depending on how much back and forth there is and what changes you want along the way, since the more rounds of revisions, the longer it takes. If it's an ecommerce site, that timeline roughly doubles because there's more to build and test.

How it works & results

What's the difference between the website and the digital systems you talk about?

The website brings people in. The digital systems handle what happens after that, the bookings, the reminders, the follow-ups, and the review requests, so the things that usually get forgotten when you're flat out on the job happen automatically instead. One gets you the enquiry, the other makes sure it turns into a paying customer who comes back.

Will my website actually bring in customers, or just look nice?

That's the whole point of how we build. The site is designed as a sales tool, not an online brochure, so every part of it is there to turn visitors into enquiries and bookings. We track how many people are viewing your site, booking, and calling you, so you can actually see the value it's bringing in. One of our clients, Barkers Garage, went from 45 reviews to 82 in five months using our review automation, around 22 times their previous yearly average, and their new website now brings in 44 new visitors a week.

Will I show up on Google when people search for my service near me?

Yes, local SEO is a core part of what we do, so you show up when someone nearby searches for what you offer, including in the Google map pack and for "near me" searches. It usually takes at least 6 months to really start seeing measurable results, so it's worth being patient, but the work compounds over time.

How is this different from using Wix, Squarespace, or building it myself?

A DIY builder hands you the tools and leaves you to it. We're professionals with over 20 years of collective experience, and this is basically all we do. We understand what it takes to make your website not just perform well but stand out from your competitors, which is hard to get right on your own while you're busy running a business.

Working with us

I'm not technical at all. Will I be able to use this?

You don't need to be. Part of hiring us as your agency is that we're the professionals, so you tell us what you want and we do it for you. We want to take that headache away and manage all of it on your behalf, then keep you in the loop with regular performance reports. You focus on running your business, we handle the website.

Do you only work with certain types of business?

We prefer working with service based businesses. That's where our approach fits best and where we consistently get the strongest results.

What happens after the site goes live? Do you just disappear?

No. I'll be in contact every month, sometimes just for a check-in, but also to update you on the development work we've done behind the scenes and what our plans are for your site next. The monthly fee means we're always working on it, not just at launch.

What if it doesn't work, or I'm not happy?

We'll do everything we can to make sure you see the results you're paying for. If you're not happy, I'd rather we talk it through first and look at how to fix it, whether that's a discount or another way forward. If you're still not happy after that, we'll find a common ground to put things right. It's always customer first.
