We are based in Copthorne, just outside Crawley, and we work with service businesses across West Sussex, Surrey, East Sussex and Kent. One business per trade in each area, so the place you take is held against your competitors.

Wider reach, and honestly what it is worth
Beyond that we cover the rest of Sussex, Surrey and Kent, out through Guildford and Brighton and Hove, Eastbourne, Tonbridge and Maidstone, and on into Greater London, Hampshire and Berkshire at the outer edge. We have not listed every town, because a page that names everywhere within a hundred miles is not telling you anything.
The work is delivered remotely, so the practical reach is the whole country. What changes with distance is not whether we can do it, it is how much our local knowledge is worth to you. Close by, knowing the towns is part of what you are buying. Two hundred miles away it is not, and we would rather say that than pretend otherwise.

The catch
One client per trade, per area
Being on this list does not mean the place is free. We only work with one business per trade in each area, so if we already look after a plumber across the towns you cover, we will not take a second one. We will tell you on the first call rather than three weeks into a proposal.
It is the same rule that protects you once you are in, and it is worth reading properly before you get in touch. How one client per area works.
Questions
Before you ask about your patch
Do I have to be local to work with you?
No. The work is delivered remotely and we have clients we have never stood in a room with. What being local changes is the local search side: we know these towns, we know which ones people actually search by name, and we know how far a customer in one will travel to another. If you are outside the South East we will still take the work, we will just be honest that the local knowledge is worth less to you.
My town is not on this page. Does that mean no?
Not at all. The lists here are the places closest to us, not the limits of where we work. Anywhere in the South East is comfortably in range, and the practical reach is the whole country. Ask and we will tell you straight whether we are the right fit.
Can you cover several towns for me?
That is the normal case rather than the exception. Most service businesses work a patch rather than a postcode, so we build around the towns you actually travel to. Those towns then become your exclusive area, which is the point of the next question.
What happens if my competitor is already with you?
We tell you, and we do not take you on. We work with one business per trade in each area, so once a plumber has a patch we turn down every other plumber in it. It cuts both ways: it is why we might have to say no to you, and it is why nobody can hire us to come after you once you are in.
