Websites for Plumbers

We build websites for plumbers and heating engineers that put your phone number first, show your Gas Safe number with a link to the register, and give every service and town you cover its own page. It costs £197 a month, the first month is free and there is no setup fee.

A plumbing and heating client

On Heating, Brighton and Hove

On HeatingPlumbing and heating

Pierson Heating became On Heating, and the website had to carry the new name without losing the reputation built under the old one. The new site gives each of their eleven services a page of its own, from boiler replacement and emergency repairs to plumbing and bathrooms, and has a page for each of the seventeen towns they cover along the coast and inland.

Customer reviews sit on the service pages they talk about, and the Gas Safe badge links to the register so a customer can check it. Open it and judge it for yourself.

What it costs

What do I get for £197 a month?

One package, with the price on the page rather than behind a form. The first month is free, there is no setup fee and you can cancel any time.

  • A website designed for how people find a plumber: on a phone, often in a hurry
  • A page for each service, and local search work for five towns you choose
  • Hosting, security, and the changes you ask for, without an hourly bill
  • Your legal pages, a cookie banner that works, and your ICO registration checked

Extra pages and services are optional add-ons. Nothing is added to your bill unless you choose it.

What is different

What does a plumber’s website have to do that others do not?

Most of your customers find you on a phone, and a good share of them have a problem right now. So the number has to be tappable at the top of every page and stay there as they scroll, and the first thing they read has to say what you do and where, not how long you have been passionate about it.

The other half are planning: a new boiler, a bathroom, a cylinder. They compare. They want to see a rough price, your registration, and photos of real jobs, and they read the reviews. A site that treats both kinds of customer the same loses one of them.

Your registrations do more work than you might expect. Buyers check them, and AI assistants answering “who is a good plumber near me” lean on them when two businesses look alike. A Gas Safe number with a working link to the register is the cheapest trust you will ever buy.

Phone first for the emergencies, prices and proof for the planners, and your registrations where both can check them.

What we need from you

What do I have to do?

Less than you think, and none of it is writing. We need your Gas Safe card and any other registrations, the prices you are happy to publish or the basis you charge on, the towns you want work in, and photos of your own jobs: phone photos are fine, before and after shots are better.

We do not use stock photos of somebody else’s vans or AI pictures of boilers. Customers can tell, and a plumber’s site is a promise about real work.

Before you get in touch

Do I need separate pages for boilers, emergencies and plumbing?

Usually, yes. Somebody with water coming through the ceiling and somebody planning a new boiler are searching for different things, at different speeds, and a single page trying to answer both answers neither well. We give each service its own page, and only add a town to it where people genuinely search for that service in that town.

I do not like publishing prices. Do I have to?

You do not have to publish a fixed price for jobs you cannot price without seeing them. What works is publishing the basis: your call out charge and your hourly rate, or a typical range for a boiler swap. People ring the plumber who gives them something to go on, and AI answers quote the businesses that publish a figure.

Can you show my Gas Safe number?

Yes, with a link to the Gas Safe Register so a customer can check it in one tap. We check your entry on the register ourselves first, and if you hold other cards, such as unvented hot water or oil, we show those too, so you are never seen offering work your registration does not cover.

I already get work from directories. Do I still need a website?

The directories rent you customers, and the listing goes when you stop paying. Your own site and your Google Business Profile are the two things that keep working for you without a lead fee, and they are what people check after finding you somewhere else. Keep the directories if they pay; a good site makes them pay better.

How long until it is live?

About six weeks from signing up, depending on how quickly we get your photos and answers. Search results take months rather than weeks, and we will not promise a position, because nobody honest can.

Find out what your plumbing site is doing wrong

Put your website in and we will tell you what is working, what is not, and what it would take to fix it. It takes about a minute, it is free, and there is nobody to talk to unless you want there to be.
